Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University (GSPA)

The 60-year history of Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University (hereafter GSPA), was a proud journey leading the industrialization and development of Korea.
GSPA has produced numerous leaders and key talents in the public sector. The pioneering spirit and community spirit shown by GSPA are becoming a reliable source of power to overcome future challenges and lead new public values.

Since its establishment in 1959, GSPA has now stood as the world's top administration / policy education and research institution.
It has ranked the 11th in social policy & administration academic filed of the QS World University Rankings in 2021.

GSPA graduates have become nationwide and worldwide leaders. They are leaders in academia, governments, news media, private sector and other various field in the society.
Recently Master of Public Enterprise Policy and Public Leadership Executive Program have been established to educate talented people who lead public institutions in various fields.

Above all GSPA aims to cultivate intellectually mature and beloved talents. Furthermore, GSPA will do its best to ensure that they have a positive impact on solving the challenges of the global community. GSPA will provide full support for them to grow into a future leading public leader with a solid vision.
